Howe Street offers one 3-bedroom and two 1-bedroom units of transitional housing for homeless adults with mental illness and substance abuse issues (dually diagnosed).  Howe Street offers independent living with several hours a week of staff services on site, links to community services and treatment.  Individuals must be committed to sobriety.
